Glazed Jam Puffs

Ingredients:-
2 cups Basic Baking Mix
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup soft butter or margarine
2/3 cup milk
10 teaspoons raspberry jam or any jam you desire.

Method:-
Preheat oven to 450ºF.
Mix Baking Mix, sugar and butter. Add milk all at once; stir into a soft dough. Beat 20 strokes.
Place a tablespoonful of dough in 10 paper-lined medium-sized muffin cups. Top with a teaspoonful of jam. Drop a teaspoonful of dough over jam.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from pan immediately.
Frost with Icing.
