Gingerbread

Yield:- 8x8x2-inch cake

Ingredients:-
2 cups basic formula mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp soda
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup sour milk
1/2 cup molasses
1 egg

Directions:-
Blend together mix, sugar, soda and spices. Combine milk, molasses and egg. Add to dry mixture.
Beat until well blended. Pour into greased 8x8x2-inch pan.
Bake at 350ºF for about 40 minutes.
