Fruit Filled Coffee Cake

Yield:- 8-Inch round or square cake
Ingredients:-

2 cups Basic Baking Mix (do not pack)
3 tablespoons sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2/3 cup marmalade or jam
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:-
Combine formula with the sugar.
Combine egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Spread half the dough in the bottom of the 8" pan, which has been greased. Spread marmalade (or jam) over it.
Mix brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon, sprnkle on top of marmalade. Drop remaining dough by tweaspoonsful around outer edges of pan.
Bake at 350ºF for about 40 minutes.
