Franciscan Meat Pie

Yield:-6 servings

Ingredients:-
2 cups basic formula mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cooked ground beef or veal
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2/3 cup shredded cheese
1 cup drained cooked tomatoes

Directions:-
Combine mix and milk to make a biscuit dough. Turn out onto waxed paper, knead 6 times.
Roll out to fit a 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 450ºF for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve Hot.
