Dumplings
A little meat stew or chicken fricasse goes a lot further when served with these light and tender English dumplings.
Instructions:-
Mix together and beat slightly;
2 cups Basic Baking Mix
2/3 cup milk
Drop from a spoon over hot stew or soup. Cover tightly and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, without lifting lid.
Serve immediately.
Makes 8 to 10 dumplings.
