Casserole Chicken

Yield:-5 to 6 servings

Ingredients:-
2 cups basic formula mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup milk
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup cooked peas
1 cup condensed cream of celery soup
1/4 cup water or broth from peas or chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of cayenne

Directions:-
Combine mix and milk to make a biscuit dough. Turn out into waxed paper. Knead 6 times.
Roll the dough on a lightly floured board to 1/2-inch thickness. Cut into 2-inch biscuits.
Heat chicken, soup and other ingredients in a 1-1/2-quart buttered casserole. Top with biscuits.
Bake at 425ºF about 25 minutes.
