Corned Beef Bake
Ingredients:-
1 can (15 ounces) corned Beef Hash
2 tasblespoons Basic Baking Mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup grated cheese
Short Pie Crust
Method:-
Preheat oven to 375ºF. (moderate)
Grease an 8-inch pie pan.
Mix all ingredients, except Short pie dough. Place in pie pan.
Make Short Pie crust. Roll out to fit pie pan, cut into 6 pie shaped wedges.
Place on top of pie filling, leaving a little space between each piece for ease in cutting.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until crust is done and a deep golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
