Cream Puffs

Yield:- 5 large puffs

Ingredients:-
1 cup Basic Formula Mix (do not pack)
3/4 cup boiling water
2 eggs

Directions:-
Add mix to boiling water in a saucepan. Stir over low heat about 1 minute, until dough is smooth; follows the spoon and forms into a ball.
Remove from the heat immediately.
Add eggs one at a time, stirring and beating until mixture is blended. Beat vigorously.
Drop by spoonsful on baking sheet. Bake in a 400ºF for 35 minutes. Turn off the heat. Open oven door and allow cream puffs to remain in the oven an additional 20 minutes.

Suggested Fillings:- Flavoured whipped cream, cream custard, berries or savoury fillings of cheese, chicken meat or fish.
