Chocolate Brownies
Yield:- 7x11-inch pan.
Ingredients:-
1-1/2 cups Basic Formula Mix (do not pack)
1 cup sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 squares unsweetened chocoalte, nelted & cooled
Directions:-
Blend mix, sugar and nuts. Add eggs, vanilla and chocolate. Mix thoroughly.
Turn into a shallow greased 7x11-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350ºF fro 22 minutes. Cool, cut into squares before removing from pan.
N.B.:-1 square of unsweetened chocolate equals 3 tablespoons cocoa mixed with 1 tablespoon fat ---melted.
