Chocolate Chip Cookies

Yield:- 3 dozen small.

Ingredients:-
1-1/2 cups Basic Formula Mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg, well beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons hot water
1 cup chopped nuts
1 6 oz. package chocolate chips (170 grams)

Directions:-
Blend mix and sugars. Add egg, vanilla and water. Mix thoroughly.
Add nuts and chips. Stir just to blend.
Drop by teaspoonsful on baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for 10 to 12 minutes.
