Baked Butterscotch Pudding
Ingredients:-
1-1/2 cups basic formula mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tablespoons margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups boiling water
3/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:-
Blend mix and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Mix to blend.
Spread 1 cup brown sugar over bottom of 7x11-inch pan. Dot with margarine. Add vanilla and boiling water.
Drop dough by spoonfuls over this sauce.
Bake at 350ºF about 40 minutes.
