Banana Swirl Coffee Cake

Yield:- 9-Inch cake
Ingredients:-

2 cups Basic Baking Mix (do not pack)
1 egg
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup orange marmalade
1 or 2 bananas, sliced thin

Directions:-
Break egg into a bowl, beat. Stir in sugar and milk; add the basic mix, gradually. Stir to combine thoroughly.
Spread dough in bottom of a greased 9-inch cake pan.
Arrange thin overlapping sl;ices of banana in circles to cover dough. Spread the marmalade over the bananas.
Bake at 350ºF for 40 minutes.
NOTE:- Jam may be substituted for the marmalade.
