Banana Bread

Yield:- 9x5-inch loaf
Ingredients:-
2 cups basic formula mix (do not pack)
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 large bananas, peeled & mashed
1/4 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs
1/3 cup buttermilk

Combine mix, sugar and soda. Combine bananas, nuts eggs & buttermilk add to dry mixture. Beat to blend thoroughly.
Turn into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven about 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from pan to cooling rack.
Note:-After bread cools if you wrap it and store for 12 hours the flavour and texture will improve.
