Apricot Bread

Yield:- 9x5-inch loaf
Ingredients:-
3 cups basic formul mix (do not pack)
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chopped dried apricots
3/4 cup milk
1 egg, beaten

Directions:-
If apricots are very dry, soak in hot water a few minutes, then dry thoroughly and chop.
Blend mix, sugar and apricots. Add combined milk and egg. Beat until well blended.
Turn into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350ºF for about 1 hour.

Variations:-
Nut Bread:- Use 1 cup chopped nuts instead of apricots.

Prune Bread:- Use 1 cup chopped prunes instead of apricots.
