What is this site all about anyway? Good question! This site is going to chronicle my quest to compete in the US Scale Masters 2003 competition. A lofty goal since I have never competed in a scale event! Why 2003? Because I believe that is the time frame it will take to research my subject, build and detail the model, learn to fly it well and successfully campaign it in a regional qualifier. I am not a scale expert (nor do I play one on TV) but I have picked up an idea or two over my nine years in R/C modeling.
