First,
for everything I sell, I want to keep 25% of my commission,
and as I sell more my commission can increase to 40%!
Second,
I will find other sharp people to sell with me, but I want to
be paid a bonus on their monthly sales.
Third,
I want to work my own hours so that sometimes I can work a
lot, and sometimes just take a day or two off.
Fourth,
after I have sponsored five new consultants, I would like to
become manager and of course I would want a raise and bonus
overrides when my group volume reached $3,000.00. I will
also require a mini van once I've proven myself to bring in
other Managers. I would want the company logo applied
and a monthly payment towards the van.
Fifth,
my family must come first regardless of any other appointments
I have.
Last,
I would like recognition for both monthly and lifetime
accomplishments. I'm sure the president would have a
club and we could travel together to celebrate our
accomplishments!
