Mission Statement

ARPOA-BC represents current and former Auxiliary/Reserve Police Constables in the Province of British Columbia.  ARPOA-BC is also  committed to the restoration of the fully operational volunteer Auxiliary/Reserve Police Program in place in British Columbia from 1963 to 1998 (click here for full details).

In 1998 BC's Auxiliary/Reserve Police were disarmed and the Program deconstructed. This section documents the carefully scripted manipulation of the political process which deprived British Columbia of this valuable public asset.
