SRS Salmon River Software

I am offering proprietary FREE software on this site (I mean really free!). Much of the software is created for work-related usage (I am a British Columbia Land Surveyor), but some, I confess, is just mental gymnastics. Some software here is complete, while some not finished (if you know what I mean!).  All software is functional and probably useful and is certified (by me!) to be virus, etc. free.

Take a look at QDCalc, the flagship of my site, which represents many hours of programming and documentation.  QDCalc is a fine tool for your surveying arsenal, no matter what product(s) you currently use.

Currently, little of the proprietary software currently on this site is exclusively Windows® software; the majority is DOS based, but will run in a Windows command prompt or DOS box. While Windows presents a graphical interface to the user, the underlying mechanism for software execution is still largely unchanged from the early days of DOS. My software capitalizes on that; execution is Windows independent.
