Scouts

Here is the list of our Scout events, as of Dec. 14, 2008.  As always, subject to change due to unforeseeable circumstances.

• December 15: Christmas Cookies at 64 Arbour Glen Close NW
• December 22: No meeting (no gym)
• December 29: No meeting (no gym)



• (January 3 bottle drive cancelled due to predicted bad weather.)
• January 5: Camp planning meeting at 64 Arbour Glen Close NW
• January 8: Shopping for groceries at Co-Op, 6:30 p.m.
• January 9–11: Winter Camp
  Location: Camp Gibson, near Waiparous
• January 12: No meeting
• January 19: Designing and building CO₂ cars at Mr. Turner's shop
• January 26: Sledding at Arbour Lake Hill (weather permitting)



• February 2: At St. Brigid, racing CO₂ cars
• February 9: Swimming at Westside Recreation. 6:00 p.m. departure from 64 Arbour Glen Close NW (no gym)
• February 16: Family Day, no meeting
• February 19: Shopping for groceries at Co-Op, 6:30 p.m.
• February 20–22: Winter Camp 2
  Location: to be determined
• February 23: Baden Powell Banquet at St. Ambrose 6:00 p.m. start
  (This event includes a pot luck dinner for all scouts and their families. More details later.)

• May to August: Meetings and Camps are yet to be planned. We normally do not meet or camp except for 1 major camp in the summer, when schedules permit.
