Derdre Athena Zimmerman was born on December 18th 2001. She is almost ten months old and the joy of my life. She's crawling and standing on her own but hasn't quite got the balance for walking yet. She can say a few words like "Mama," "Papa," "bye bye" and "poof." She has an adorable smile and often mimics her father's expressions eerily. She has my curiosity and lack of fear and is more than willing to dive off the couch or crawl into places she shouldn't. She has a weird curiosity for all things technological so guard your cellphone if she's nearby. She also has correspondance (it's been proven) but don't draw attention to it because if you do, you'll get her paradox. It's the baby law: if a baby is Awake and performing vulgar magic, the parents (or person who draws attention to it) suffer the paradox. For those of you whom I've confused with these strange magic references, it is from a role-playing game called Mage: The Ascension by White Wolf Games.

Rowan Heather Zimmerman was born on January 3rd, 2003. She is an adorable child who will undoubtedly conquer the world some day. She is far smarter than her age implies and already shows her parents stubborness. She is mercurial in her moods and will try to hurt you if you call her a baby.
