TRADITIONAL
STYLE CAP
The
traditional cap has these characteristics:
Some Traditional
style caps have embroidered eyelets inside and back sections.
There
various types of crowns on our Traditional style cap.
- 5 panel,
upright front,low profile (height approx. 3-1/4 inches) to high profile
(height approx. 4-1/4 inches).
- Constructed
crown (Buckram laminated front section).
- Supported
crown (buckram flap behind front section).
- Constructed
crown (foam & tricot laminated front section).
- Cotton
Drill, foam lined and vinyl backed sweatband, matching to colour of
crown.
- Some
Traditional style caps have a braid between peak and front section.
- Pre-curved,
rectangular shape peak (plastic inner peak) Most Traditional style
caps have six rows of stitching on peak.
Back closures
on our traditional style caps:
- Self
cloth back strap. Adjust strap to preferred fit by sliding back strap
through buckle. Insert excess strap into sewn grommet for a clean
finish.
- Self
cloth back strap. Adjust strap to preferred fit by sliding back strap
through buckle. Tuck end of back strap into opening and slide through
for clean finish
- Plastic
adjustable strap. Adjust strap to preferred fit and snap into place.
- Self
cloth velcro back strap. Adjust Velcro back to preferred fit and press
into place for a clean finish.
- Leather
back strap. Adjust strap to preferred fit by sliding back strap through
buckle. Insert excess strap into antique grommet for a clean finish.
