What to Bring to Class

 

Clothing Exercise clothing is the best choice; a t-shirt and tights is fine. Make sure that it is something that shows movement (so nothing really baggy, please).
Footwear Socks or bare feet
Accessories A hip scarf with coins or fringe is an asset. We will discuss where to buy these during the first class.
  Also, please bring a water bottle with you. You will need to stay hydrated.

 

For mom and baby class: also bring a blanket for the baby to lie on (you will put your own blanket over top of a blanket from the studio), bring some small toys, and please bring a bag in which to carry soiled diapers out with you.
