Our two log cabins which are built in the traditional Finnish style, are situated on Amisk Lake which is less than 2 hours northeast of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Amisk Lake is about 9 km (5.5 mi.) long and 60 m (195 ft) deepest part. There many different kinds of fish in Amisk that can be caught, either in open water or ice fishing. Many consider Amisk Lake to be one of the better lakes to fish in.
