Ensuite Bathroom…
Here I have posted the before pictures of the ensuite bathroom.
I haven’t started renovating yet. This is the room that Rob thinks is perfect as it is, and doesn’t want me to touch.
I can’t use the garbage can without pulling the robes out of the way. There is also a towel ring in behind that we can’t use.
Even if the toilet paper wasn’t broken, it’s place below the towel bar prevents us from using the whole bar.
This towel and hook interferes with the operation of the shower door. I have to hold the towel back to close the door.
Notice the black mark on the wall from a picture the previous owners had hanging here?
Also, pictures can’t show how horrible the condition of the cabinets is. 14 years of showers and baths have disintegrated the varnish and the wood is greying. Most of the other renos we have done have been strictly cosmetic. But at least those rooms were functional!
