Submission Guidelines

• Articles must be sent in Word format via e-mail, burnt to a compact disk or put on a UBS stick .

• The Newsletter Committee has the responsibility of proofing each article for format, grammar, spelling, and clarity.

• Pictures: are to be sent in jpg, tif, gif  or png format on a disk or USB stick.

Newsletter

• The Newsletter will be posted for all members on the British Columbia Amaranth Website. There is no subscription fee for this process.

• Members that do not have e-mail or a computer and wish to subscribe to the newsletter can do so at the rate of $6.00 per year (subject to increase based on postage and printing costs)

• Each individual is responsible to ensure they have a current email and postal address listed with the Grand Secretary.

• The Grand Secretary will maintain the Newsletter subscription list, email and postal addresses and provide same to the Web Committee annually.
