The staff of Commonwealth, like the crew of the Andromeda Ascendant, is small and effective, though each has his or her own agenda and area of expertise. Contacting staff members for issues outside of their range will probably not get many results, though they'll be happy to direct you to the right person.

All inquiries about pretty much anything may be sent to Tewson as he is the host. He is also in charge of character applications EXCEPT as noted below. He tries to have 72-hour turnaround time.

Dawn B. assists Tewson, particularly with canon (TV show characters, as opposed to original characters) applications. She is full-fledged staff.

Manda, of course, is our WebGeek. Her contact information is everywhere on this site. She is assistant staff and can be contacted for almost anything, primarily web page issues (which you should email her about!).

Full-fledged staff members are prepared and authorized to handle IC and OOC disputes. If a chatter wishes to challenge the decision made by staff members, the chatter must be prepared to offer reasonably complete documentation via email only to Tewson.
