You bring Your "A" Game - We'll Supply Our "A Team" of Trainers!

LoreliLoreli Urquhart has always been actively involved in sports.  For many years, she played on at least two (and sometimes three) slo-pitch teams.  She paddled on a competitive dragon boat team over the years 2005 - 2007.  She also paddles on an outrigger team and in 2007 competed in a 28 km race in Hawaii and represented Canada at the World Outrigger Sprint Championships held in Sacramento, California, in August 2008. She has completed her first MOMAR (Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race) as part of a 4-women team in July 2008.  Loreli has placed well in her division in local running events, including the Canada Day 10km, the Great Sooke Foot Race 12km, the Royal Victoria Half Marathon and "Canada's toughest 10 K" at Bear Mountain Resort.

Loreli has been working in the outdoors fitness industry since 2004.  During that time, she has motivated, encouraged and worked alongside over 1,000 clients to assist them in reaching their own personal fitness goals. She understands and encourages "teamwork" in a group, but also realizes that personal goals and challenges are not to be overshadowed.

Loreli is a BCRPA Certified Personal and Strength Trainer. As well, she is certified in training others with Agatsu Pro-Grade Kettlebells and Mat 1 Pilates. She is currently working on a 2-year Natural Nutrition diploma course to better enable her to assist clients with their nutrition concerns. Loreli continues to update and upgrade her knowledge in order to ensure that her clients are provided with the latest techniques and research available.

Loreli's passion for overall health and wellness, and her innate ability to sense a client's personal struggles, enables her to get them to their next level and to ultimately find their "alter ego"! She doesn't just "talk-the-talk", she has personally witnessed, and felt, the results that commitment to her program will deliver. The following are the "before" and "after" pictures that document Loreli's transformation to a fitter and healthier person.
