Pam Anderson Settles Up with Real Estate Mogul

Pam Anderson has called a truce in her war with a Las Vegas real estate mogul -- who sued the actress for $22.5 million last year, claiming she screwed him out of several massive condo sales.

TMZ broke the story ... Laurence Hallier filed the lawsuit against Anderson last June, claiming she agreed to promote the sale of several condominiums in the new Panorama Towers -- by making various personal appearances -- but failed to uphold her end of the bargain.

According to Hallier, Anderson flaked on appearance after appearance -- costing him millions in lost condo sales.

Hallier had promised to give Pam a free condo in exchange for her services, but ultimately refused as a result of Pam's alleged breach of agreement. In response, Pam sued him for $1 million.

Now, the two parties have finally let bygones be bygones, striking a settlement out of court. The terms of the settlement are confidential.

Pamela Anderson is going to dance the night away at Studio 54 at the MGM Grand.

Anderson praises Russia's seal fur ban

Actress and animal rights campaigner Pamela Anderson is celebrating after Russian officials bowed to international pressure to ban the import of seal fur from the star's native Canada.

The former Baywatch beauty has been a leading voice in the battle to stop the slaying of baby harp seals for their furs, and she has been writing letters to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin urging the politician to take action and follow authorities in the US and Europe to outlaw the import of Canadian seal pelts.

And Anderson's work with activists from the People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) paid off on Tuesday when Russian Federation officials announced they will be enforcing the ban.

Hailing the news in a post on Twitter.com, Anderson writes, "WE WON!!! Russia Bans Canadian Seal Fur!!! thank you for all your support!!!"

French actress Brigitte Bardot, pop star Ke$ha and Sir Paul McCartney have also been actively campaigning for the cause.

Pamela Anderson as Virgin Mary Draws a Crowd in Canada

(Video) The TV screen image of a livestock stable, a straw-filled manger and a swaddled baby Jesus is familiar enough.

But 2.1 million Canadians tuned in Thursday night to see the former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson play the Virgin Mary in A Russell Peters Christmas Special for CTV and The Comedy Network.

Here’s the sketch comedy scene set in a Christmas manger with Canadian funnyman Russell Peters, who hosted the holiday special.

A Russell Peters Christmas Special also starred Michael Bublé, Ted Lange (The Love Boat), Saturday Night Live alumnus Jon Lovitz and Scott Thompson (The Kids in the Hall).

The CTV special was produced by Round 2 It Entertainment, Peters’ production shingle, and CPI Pictures.

    Pamela Anderson gone wild

Pamela Anderson may recently have been cast as the Virgin Mary in a Canadian Christmas special, but she certainly did not dance like a virgin at a Playboy party in Mexico last night.

The 13-time Playboy cover girl was the life of the party, dancing wildly in a tight, low-cut black dress that was also exceptionally short. Anderson was photographed whipping her signature blonde hair around and gyrating on the dance floor with fellow revelers. She even jumped on a banquet to further show off her dirty dancing, the Daily Mail reports.

Anderson danced suggestively with another blonde at one point in the night. Later on, she grabbed a microphone from a host of the holiday party and sang into it while lifting her skirt slightly up her thigh.

She also stole a pair of glasses from another partygoer and tried them on as she continued her dancefloor dominance.

    Anderson's Malibu pad for rent

Pamela Anderson has put her Malibu, California pad up for rent.

The three-bedroom property is available for US$20,000 a week, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The former Baywatch star says, "I’m travelling so much these days and I am enjoying a lot more time in my native Canada with my family. I'm finally willing to share my masterpiece - what I’ve co-created with a handful of green architects and designers, inspired by my favourite architect Lautner.

"This is my humble stab at perfection. It’s a magical spot."

The estate comes with gated access, a water view, private beach access, a saltwater pool and even a wigwam in the backyard.

Pamela Anderson to Play Virgin Mary in Christmas TV Show

    Yes, that Virgin Mary.

Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson, famed for nude photo shoots and a homemade porn video with Tommy Lee, is to play mother Mary holding baby Jesus in her arms on Canadian TV this Christmas.

Anderson, a native of Canada, will headline A Russell Peters Christmas Special for CTV and The Comedy Network, where she will appear in a sketch comedy scene set in a Christmas manger with Canadian funnyman Russell Peters, who is hosting the one-hour special to bow here on December 1.

A Russell Peters Christmas Special will also star Michael Bublé, Ted Lange (The Love Boat), Saturday Night Live alumnus Jon Lovitz and Scott Thompson (The Kids in the Hall).

The Canadian show will feature a mix of stand-up and sketch comedy, stop-motion animation and musical performances.

A Russell Peters Christmas Special is produced by Round 2 It Entertainment, Peters’ production shingle, CPI Pictures and Insight Productions.

Pam Anderson calls for horse carriage ban

Actress and animal rights supporter Pamela Anderson is urging fans to back a campaign calling for the ban of horse-drawn carriages in New York following the death of a second mare in two weeks.

The former Baywatch beauty wants devotees to join her and Glee star Lea Michele in signing an online petition for the New Yorkers for Clean, Livable and Safe Streets organization in a bid to persuade Mayor Michael Bloomberg to outlaw the traditional carriage ride.

Two horses have collapsed within days of one another while transporting passengers across Manhattan and Anderson wants something done about it before the tourist attraction claims the life of another mammal.

In a post on her Facebook.com page, she writes, "For the second time in less than two weeks, a carriage horse has collapsed on a Manhattan street. Horses do not belong in a congested, urban setting where they are constantly breathing exhaust and sharing the streets with cars, buses and taxis."

Fellow animal lover Michele drew attention to the issue by penning an open letter to Bloomberg last month after hearing about how one carriage horse collapsed during a walk in Central Park.

Pamela Anderson And Russell Peters In Xmas Sketch Comedy Routine

Former Baywatch star Pamela Anderson and Michael Bublé will show off their comedy chops in A Russell Peters Christmas Special for CTV and The Comedy Network.

Anderson is to perform in a sketch comedy scene with Canadian funnyman Russell Peters, who is hosting the one-hour special.

Toronto-raised Peters currently stars in Breakaway, an Indo-Canadian theatrical comedy, while Anderson last year starred in Bigg Boss, India's version of Big Brother.

A Russell Peters Christmas Special will also star Ted Lange (The Love Boat), Saturday Night Live alumnus Jon Lovitz and Scott Thompson (The Kids in the Hall).

The Canadian show will feature a mix of stand-up and sketch comedy, stop-motion animation and musical performances.

A Russell Peters Christmas Special is produced by Round 2 It Entertainment, Peters’ production shingle, and CPI Pictures.

Peters will share executive producer credits with Clayton Peters, and Insight Productions’ John Brunton and Barbara Bowlby.

Pam Anderson enters Big Brother house

Actress Pamela Anderson entered Britain's Big Brother reality TV show on Friday night for a five-day stint on the show.

The new series of the show, in which competitors are 'locked' in a house together, kicked off on Friday, and 14 contestants entered the compound.

They were given a shock when the shutters into the garden were lifted - and the former Baywatch star was unveiled as their new housemate.

Anderson showered her new pals with hugs and kisses and told them, "We're gonna have so much fun. I'm here for a few days but I'm having so much fun I might stay longer."

    In defence of Pamela Anderson

"Mutton dressed as lamb." This is a wry, old British idiom I heard the other day that wickedly describes how older women can look when they try to dress in young, hip clothes.

I've heard it uttered a few times before, but this time, I haven't been able to get the sexist term out of my head.

So, I plugged the words "mutton dressed as lamb" into a search engine. Lo and behold, up popped a whole bunch of photos of current celebrities considered to be on the "mutton-dressed-as-lamb" list.

There were the Sex and the City gals (all in their 40s and 50s), singers Cyndi Lauper and Madonna, actresses Joan Collins and Goldie Hawn and "¦ Rod Stewart. (Apparently, the British tabloids are still keen on this expression.)

I disagree that any of the above should make any inappropriately dressed list. Because they're over 40 they should be frumpy and not fashionable?

But most irksome of all was seeing our Pamela Anderson on this denigrating list, complete with links to a slew of other creepy blogs and websites devoted to ripping her apart.

While Anderson has certainly cultivated the title of Canada's cleavage queen by installing and maintaining large fake boobs and wearing revealing clothes, the fact is, she deserves a lot more respect than she gets.

Anderson has never misrepresented herself. She is, and always has been, a sexy girl.

"There's no way I set out to be a certain kind of symbol," she said. "The way I dress is the way I am, the way I live my life."

At age 21, she began her modelling career as a Playboy playmate (after being spotted at a BC Lion's game and getting a big cheer from the crowd) and her first foray into acting was the 1990 video, Playboy: Sexy Lingerie II.

She has since appeared on the cover of Playboy more than any other woman in history. Sexiness is her deal and she single-handedly set the standard for "blond bombshell" when she became world-renowned in the 1990s playing the hot lifeguard C.J. Parker on the TV series Baywatch.

This sexiness did not erode when she turned 44 last year -- just check her out dancing up a sensual storm in those sexy outfits on last season's Dancing With the Stars.

Hollywood is a tough town and now that Anderson is getting older, the talons are out.

OK, it's easy sport to poke fun at her for endorsing this month a new Bobblehead of her called Bobblin' Boobs. But I think it's funny and good spirited.

There's certainly nothing to laugh at Anderson's business acumen: Her perfume deals, her world-wide appearance and Las Vegas casino deals, plus plenty of guest-acting gigs on international TV shows such as last year's Bollywood series, Bigg Boss.

She also makes plenty of lingerie -- her body is, as always, fine and firm. And, last month, she launched her own line of stockings through an online company, Secrets in Lace.

    "Mutton dressed as lamb?"

More like "If you've got it, flaunt it!"

    Anderson's stockings made for sex

Former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson has created her own line of designer stockings for one specific use - “making love”.

The busty blonde announced her plans for the Pamela Couture Collection last month and unveiled a saucy advertising campaign which features the star posing topless in her underwear to show off the racy garments.

But Anderson, who previously swore off ever wearing pantyhose, admits her stockings are not for every day use - they are specifically for seducing men in.

She tells PR.com, “I’ve never worn pantyhose, but my aunt and mum swear by them. My stockings are for making love in. They’re real nylon stockings. It’s a fantasy. They feel incredibly sexy, and guaranteed not to run. They aren’t for every day, but they are so gorgeous and they’re historically pleasing. If stockings could talk...”

    Anderson in celebrity 'Big Brother'?

Pamela Anderson is reportedly set to star in the relaunched U.K. version of Celebrity Big Brother.

The former Baywatch bombshell is said to have been recruited to join the newest series of the reality show, which is undergoing a makeover after switching TV networks in Britain.

Anderson tells Britain's Daily Star, "I am very excited about the show. I will just be myself and have fun with the contestants in the house."

The actress is no stranger to the hugely successful franchise - she has previously appeared on both the Australian and Indian versions.

Former boxing champ Mike Tyson recently denied reports he will appear on Celebrity Big Brother, which sees a group of famous faces holed up in a house and forced to live together with no way of contacting the outside world.

Pamela Anderson Designed A Line Of "Couture" Stockings

If there is one thing Pamela Anderson can do, it’s look sexy. The woman may not exactly be a style icon, but she is certainly a testament to the power of some nice lingerie (or, occasionally, the lack thereof). So it isn’t exactly a long shot that stocking company Secrets In Lace has tapped her to design, market, and distribute a line of specialty nylons.

“This collaboration is the perfect match, as Pamela Anderson exudes sex appeal, and her stocking line is no exception. She knows how to play up her assets; this line exemplifies just that,” said a company spokesperson.

Called the Pamela Couture Collection, the stockings are 100% nylon and come in five designs, including a cute swiss dot version. They’re not tights though–these are legit stockings, as in they end at the top of the thigh and must have a garter belt–so be ready for a real hosiery investment. Anderson models them herself in some unmistakable red-soled shoes, and I must say the marketing is working: I want to look this glamorous (and hot). And they’re relatively cheap, with none topping $40. I honestly might be persuaded to buy these (if I owned a garter belt).

You can purchase a piece of Anderson’s pin-up glamor at SecretsInLace.com. Who knows, maybe it will get you a Playboy cover too.

Kid Rock says Pam Anderson 'most fun'

Kid Rock will never regret marrying Pamela Anderson, as their marriage was "the most fun" he's ever had.

The rocker started dating the former Baywatch star in 2001 and, after calling off their engagement once, the pair finally married in 2006 but the union was over just five months later.

Despite the public break-up, Rock insists he'll never regret the marriage and will always remember fondly how much fun they had together.

He tells CNN's Piers Morgan, "I don't regret that (marrying Anderson), no... It was a blast... The discussions of her have been covered throughout the years, it's over. But I will tell you this one if you've not heard me say it yet, getting married (was) some of the most fun I've ever had in my life... we loved it so much... It was that much fun."

The musician, who is currently dating an unknown woman, also admits he hasn't ruled out another marriage in the future: "Right now I'd say no (to marrying again), but I've learnt to never say no."

Pam Anderson: Don't Blame Me For Condo Collapse!

Pamela Anderson is lashing out at a real estate bigwig who claims her alleged flakiness cost him $22.5 mil ... and she's also pissed about rumors that she was sleeping with him.

TMZ broke the story ... Laurence Hallier filed a countersuit against Pam, claiming she signed a contract to promote the sale of condos in Panorama Towers, a Las Vegas development owned by Hallier.

The countersuit claims Pam bailed on a number of personal appearances and, as a result, Hallier lost numerous condo sales. He wants Pam to pay him $22.5 million.

Pam's lawyer, A. Douglas Mastroianni, tells TMZ, "Pamela Anderson is not any more responsible for the failure of this real estate project than she is responsible for the 2008 real estate downturn or the collapse of Lehman Brothers."

Mastroianni goes on: "The counterclaim is an attempt at publicity, filed by a defendant who reveled in utterly false rumors that he was romantically involved with Ms. Anderson while she was promoting his failed real estate project in London, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas."

For her part, Pam is suing Hallier for her $1 million fee.

Pamela Anderson sued for USD 22.5 million

Former ''Baywatch'' star Pamela Anderson has been sued for USD 22.5 million by her former boyfriend, Laurence Hallier, for allegedly failing to promote the sale of his apartments.

Hallier, who is a property developer, has claimed that the 43-year-old actress was sued for the hefty amount which represented losses from the unsold units at the Panorama Towers in Las Vegas.

Anderson has also been accused of cancelling her meetings connected with the venture, reported Contactmusic.

Hallier''s lawsuit comes after Anderson filed a claim against her ex-boyfriend for not handing over the condominium he promised her for promoting the development.

In her suit, Anderson was entitled to a USD 1 million if she doesn''t get the property, a claim denied by Hallier.

The couple had an on/off affair for some time, before they finally called it quits last year.

The ''Barb Wire'' star, who has two children, Brandon, 15, and Dylan, 13, from her marriage to ''Motley Crue'' rocker Tommy Lee, has battled money problems in recent years and moved into a trailer park last year while her home in Malibu, California, was being renovated.

"The boys and me love the trailer park, it''s a special community, we''re happy here.

"It''s the most beautiful place, it''s where I take my motorcycle, my surf board. There are firemen with their children, surfers, all sorts. The children are so happy. I wouldn''t trade my life with anyone," said Anderson.

Who's the Sexy Star Wars Stormtrooper?

(Photo) Who knew a Star Wars stormtrooper could be so beguiling?

While in Buenos Aires taping a TV show, this voluptuous vixen has been making the most of her time.

The Death Star-let was out partying last night, and that's when she decided to see what it's like to play on Darth Vader's team.

    As a joke, we're sure.

So who is the galactic bombshell sure to be a Force in the mind of every male Star Wars fan's mind?

    Pamela Anderson!

The Dancing With the Stars alum is currently a contestant on Argentina's dance contest, Bailando Por Un Sueno and has been spotted out and about.

As to why she decided to try on the helmet?

Well, why not? Love the new look, Pamela!

Pamela Anderson asks India to retire old monkeys

Former "Baywatch" star Pamela Anderson has appealed to India's top medical institute to retire old monkeys used in scientific research, animal rights group PETA India said Saturday.

The Hollywood actress said she had seen a video allegedly secretly filmed at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) that showed sick monkeys and rabbits which had been kept in cages for up to 20 years.

"It broke my heart to see the suffering," Anderson said in a letter written to AIIMS director R. C. Deka on behalf of the People for Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).

The video, which was enclosed with the letter, showed animals under extreme distress, with a monkey racing up the walls of the cage to get out and a rat compulsively running in circles, she said.

"The animals suffering behind closed doors at AIIMS must endure this nightmare every day," she said.

The video also depicted newborn rats being shaken in their cages by attendants as well as wounded rats being denied veterinary care, Anderson said.

"Please, won't you at least agree to retire the animals who have been at AIIMS the longest to a sanctuary?" Anderson asked Deka, adding that Indian law required all laboratories to "rehabilitate" animals after three years.

A spokesman for AIIMS told Indian newspaper The Times of India that the institute had not received any letter from Anderson, and said that the research facility was "state of the art" and fully compliant with Indian laws.

Spokesman Y. K. Gupta said that AIIMS already had rehabilitation facilities for animals after they had been spent three years as experiment subjects.

Anderson, 43, recently came to India's financial capital Mumbai to participate in the reality television show "Bigg Boss," the Indian version of "Big Brother."

    Anderson sues ex-boyfriend

Actress Pamela Anderson is suing her former boyfriend for $1 million US for allegedly failing to honour his pledge to build a Las Vegas condo for her.

The former Baywatch star filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles earlier this week claiming she made a deal with her former partner, real estate entrepreneur Laurence Hallier, in 2006 while she was in a relationship with him.

Anderson alleges she agreed to promote his Las Vegas Panorama Towers development in return for one of the properties for free. She also claims Hallier agreed that if the apartment wasn't built in time, he would hand over $1 million in cash to her, reports TMZ.com.

The beauty is now seeking the money after Hallier allegedly failed to build her apartment.
