Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana Steam Up Sundance at The Words Premiere!

So, did the sexiest man alive and his lady love finally heat things up in public at Sundance?

Not at all.

But the duo did dish on what they were doing in Park City, Utah, leading up to their big night at the film festival (separately, of course).

And Saldana, who is slated to present at the SAG awards Sunday, made sure to get plenty of rest.

"I completely relaxed," the Avatar star, who looked dashing in Alexander McQueen, told E! News. "I have to go back to work Monday so I came here...and even though I came for the amazing celebration of selling ‘The Words' here at Sundance, I still have to rest to go back to work."

And while the starlet stayed mum on what she'll don for the SAG awards, she did let us in on how she gets red-carpet ready.

"I leave it to my stylist," Saldana went on. "She picks out the outfits and I just blindly put them on. So I think she's working diligently on finding the best outfit for Sunday."

Cooper, who sported a blazer and thick gray scarf for the occasion (and some very gnarly facial hair) was in the mood for action prior to the premiere, opting for the slopes rather than days of relaxation.

"I skied for the first time three weeks ago and I went up to Deer Valley and skied and I loved it. I didn't fall yet. I fell the first time but not this time," Cooper said.

But, seriously, what's up with Cooper's thick 'stache?

"This is for a role," Cooper said with a chuckle. "I could lie, but it's for this movie called Serena with Jen Lawrence in a couple of weeks."

And speaking of roles, Cooper said he was very excited to be in The Words, mainly because it is a film that his friends developed.

"I'm so happy for this movie," Cooper went on. "My friends Lee [Sternthal] and Brian [Klugman] created it and directed it…That I could be a part of it is awesome. It's the reason why you do this stuff in the first place. So I'm very excited."

When it came to discussing his experience working with Saldana on the flick, though, Cooper played coy, simply saying, "It was great. The whole cast was incredible."

The thriller flick, which scored bragging rights when it became the first major sale of Sundance last Sunday, tells the story of a young author who plagiarizes from a forgotten manuscript and later pays the price.

Alias' Kevin Weisman Joins NBC's Upcoming Awake

Weisman will play a mysterious character named Mr. Blonde, opposite Jason Isaacs' Detective Britton. The series tells the story of Britton, who, after a car accident, lives in two very different realities: one where his wife died in the accident but his son survived, and the other where his son died but his wife lived.

Weisman's recurring character will appear in both realities and will have crucial information about the car accident that changed Britton's life.

While he's best known for playing Marshall Flinkman on Alias, Weisman has also appeared on episodes of CSI and Fringe.

Awake is executive-produced by Lone Star's Kyle Killen and 24's Howard Gordon. NBC has yet to schedule a premiere date for the series.

'Hangover 3' update: Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Ed Helms bank $15 million each

Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis and Ed Helms are signing on for a second sequel to the 2009 hit and making a cool $15 million each in the process. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the deals are nearly signed after a four-month stall in which the three actors banded together to fight for a $15 million payday.

The trio made just $1 million each for the first "Hangover" movie, which wound up grossing $467 million worldwide. 2011's sequel, "The Hangover Part II," netted each of the debaucherous dudes $5 million each. Frankly, though, we think they deserve the cash. The first two movies made buckets and buckets (like, really large buckets) of money, and they deserve to get in on that action. Besides, would you see another "Hangover" movie without them? We wouldn't.

Cooper said in December of 2011 that he expected filming on the threequel to begin in September. "I hope we're going start shooting in September," he says. "I know Todd Phillips is working on the script. We adhered to the formula in the second one, [and] the third would close the trilogy. I think it'll take place in L.A. and not adhere to the structure, it might be different."

Bradley Cooper's The Words Snapped Up in Sundance Bidding War

The Words, a thriller that made its debut at Sundance Saturday morning (and stars the 37-year-old Hangover thesp), just sold to CBS Films after a "heated" bidding war that lasted until 4 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

The hot commodity, written and directed by Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal, is the first major sale of Sundance.

The project, which tells the story of a young author (Cooper) who plagiarizes from a forgotten manuscript and later pays the price, was sold for about $2 million, with a $1.5 million print and advertising commitment.

The Words also stars Cooper's on and off-screen lady love Zoe Saldana, as well as Dennis Quaid, Olivia Wilde, Ben Barnes and Jeremy Irons.

Victor Garber to Guest-Star on Showtime's The Big C

The Alias and Eli Stone actor, who currently co-stars on Web Therapy, will make a guest appearance in the third season premiere. He'll play a foil for Sean (John Benjamin Hickey) after an accidental phone call turns into a harassment situation.

The last we saw of Cathy (Laura Linney), she had finished running a marathon, only to learn that Paul (Oliver Platt), who suffered a possible heart attack, may have died.

The Big C returns April 8 on Showtime.

Jennifer Garner: Violet and Seraphina's Baby Name Choices 'Definitely Disney'

Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck are learning this as they prepare for their third child — and are getting an avalanche of suggestions for names from daughters Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3.

“Our girls are working on names. At first they were definitely Disney. It was like, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse Affleck,” the Butter star, 39, said Wednesday on The Tonight Show.

“And then they’ve moved on. Then it was Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Smee.”

With those character names not really cutting it, the girls moved on to other strategies.

“They’re coming up with lists, and coming in and saying, ‘Let’s have a baby-naming contest! Let’s have a baby-naming poll!’” Garner, who’s due in the spring, says. “They ask everyone, cause they just want to know. But we’re not telling.”

Garner knows the sex of the baby, but declined to reveal it on the show. Asked if her husband wants a boy, Garner — who has said she wants a third girl — said she actually didn’t know.

“I would have thought so. At first I think I really thought so,” she said. “And then he kind of said, ‘Well, we have girls. We know how to do girls. My girls love me. I’m the big guy in the house.’ So, now I’m not sure.”

Last night, the hunky actor stopped by the The Grey's L.A. premiere to support his A-Team pals Liam Neeson and director Joe Carnahan before hitting the Weinstein Company's star-studded Pre-Golden Globes bash at Chateau Marmont.

So was Cooper's gal Zoe Saldana by his very good-looking side?

Nope.

The Avatar actress was not out and about with her man, but Cooper was kept company by stars like Michelle Williams and Busy Philipps. The trio spent most of the night chatting with Weinstein head honcho Harvey Weinstien.

Also at the Audi and Grey Goose-sponsored fete were Jane Lynch and Lisa Kudrow, who joked and laughed together most of the evening. Jamie Foxx and Jeremy Piven also palled around while chatting with several ladies.

Hung star Thomas Jane arrived to the bash with Rose McGowan around 9:45 p.m. The twosome hung out with each other while mingling with other partygoers late into the night, leaving shortly after midnight.

Lindsay Lohan even popped into the party for a little while, snapping a pic with Hunger Games starlet Leven Rambin before heading out.

Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana: More Than Just Costars?

Amid growing rumors of a romance, the actors, who costar in the upcoming movie The Words, were spotted enjoying each other's company Saturday night in Los Angeles, arriving and leaving the supper club Greystone Manor together.

"They were flirting and talking by the DJ booth," says an onlooker, who notes they were sitting by Paris Hilton and DJ Afrojack, her rumored beau.

It appears PEOPLE's Sexiest Man Alive, who turned 37 last week, and Saldana, 33, already got close during filming – as new publicity stills for The Words show the pair lounging pensively in bed together.

Cooper was linked to Jennifer Lopez and Olivia Wilde last year, following his split from Renée Zellweger in March.

Saldana separated from her boyfriend of 11 years, entrepreneur Keith Britton, in November.

'Alcatraz': J.J. Abrams reunites with Jorge Garcia for supernatural drama

At the Television Critics Association Press Tour on Sunday, executive producers and cast members revealed that the mid-season launch actually afforded them to make some improvements upon an already great pilot. The most significant change is in Sarah Jones' character, Detective Rebecca Madsen.

The original concept introduced Madsen as a rather icy, buttoned-up detective with some misconceptions about her family's background and connection to Alcatraz -- she reminded us very strongly of Olivia in early seasons of "Fringe." In the new version, she's loosened up considerably and given a more complicated history with her grandfather, a former inmate of Alcatraz.

"One of the advantages of being a midseason show is... you actually have the time, if you're lucky... to make changes," executive producer J.J. Abrams says. "We wanted to invest more in a specific thing with Rebecca so we had a stronger connection to Alcatraz. Rather than say 'Let's suck it up and move on,' we realized we had the chance to make some changes and improve upon it."

The premise of the season is that a large number of dangerous criminals and guards vanished from Alcatraz Island as the prison was closing, and that they're now reappearing in the present day, as if they time-traveled. This, executive producer Jennifer Johnson says, elevates the series from a traditional crime drama. "[The inmates] have the same venom and the same urgency in the crimes that they're perpetrating that they did in the past before they disappeared," she says.

Given the time-travel aspect, the law enforcement team faces some interesting hurdles. These characters have no friends, no family, no relationships, and no credit card trails. "They don't even know what a credit card is," Johnson adds.

Obviously a major pull for the series is the reunion of Abrams with "Lost" star Jorge Garcia. Garcia says that joining the series was a no-brainer -- his girlfriend was, at the time, writing a book about Alcatraz, and Abrams' involvement sealed the deal. "If J.J. asks me to do anything, I say yes first and read second," he admits.

As for comparisons to "Lost," Abrams says that "Alcatraz" will be easier to follow for a casual viewer with a mystery of the week format as well as a strong mythology threat. And no, the fact that Alcatraz is on an island did not factor into his interest in the concept (yes, the question was asked). "In theory, any land mass is an island, so you could argue any show ever made -- the Mary Tyler Moore show is much like 'Lost,' honestly."

At the heart of the show, of course, is the prison, which functions as a sort of character of its own, coming to life in flashbacks and serving as a looming reminder in the present day. "Just the name puts a shiver down my spine. The charisma of that strange place is something that I believe has permeated this show," says star Sam Neill. Upon visiting the prison, he says he was overwhelmed by the "cruelty of a prison where you sit behind bars looking at something as lovely as San Francisco, and San Francisco's looking at you."

"You feel like you're in a haunted house," adds Abrams. "The look of it and the feel of it. Having filmed in other prisons, this place does not feel like any other prison that I've either visited or served time in."

The series premieres Monday, Jan. 16, at 8 p.m. EST.

Saldana spotted kissing Cooper

The Avatar star revealed in November she had ended her longterm relationship with fiance Keith Britton, stating they "amicably separated".

And Saldana rang in the New Year with a new man - a report on UsMagazine.com suggests she was seen kissing The Hangover star at a private 1940s-themed party in Los Angeles on December 31.

A source tells the website, "They were making out for 20 minutes! They're dating, but Zoe just left an engagement. She's just looking to have fun."

Saldana spent a lot of time with Cooper last year - they filmed upcoming 2012 drama The Words together.

The reigning Sexiest Man Alive and Zoe Saldana are dating and they're extremely happy about it, sources exclusively tell E! News. And we hear that the pair are just now starting to tell family and friends that they're an item.

What? You didn't expect either one of them to remain on the market for long, did you?

A rep for Saldana, who recently filmed The Words with—and got to practice kissing—Cooper, denied that the costars were anything more than friends a month ago, after their appearance together at a Manhattan nightclub prompted romantic speculation.

But as recently as last week, a source tells E! News, they were telling friends that they had plans to go skiing in the Rockies together over the holidays.

"They are totally dating," the source says.

Reps for both stars did not immediately return requests for comment.

Saldana and her boyfriend of nearly 11 years, Keith Britton, called off their engagement and revealed that they had broken up in early November.

Sources tell TMZ, Cooper hit up an L.A.-area DMV earlier this month -- where he successfully passed his test for a motorcycle license ... permitting him to hit the streets on whatever overly-priced vintage chopper he inevitably decides to buy.

But he better be careful -- according to some random motorcycle crash statistics we looked up, "Motorcyclists were 39 times more likely than passenger car occupants to die in a crash ... and eight times more likely to be injured."

Jennifer Garner: I 'Would Do Anything' for Ben Affleck

"We both know we couldn't do what we do without each other," the actress says in the January issue of InStyle, on sale Friday. "Ben always says, 'If you love it, we can make it happen.' "

Of course, jewelry helps, too! Affleck, 39, enjoys showering his wife with diamonds. He gave her a pair of pink and white diamond Harry Winston bands, one for each of their two daughters, Violet, 6, and Seraphina, who turns 3 next month.

"He knows when to swoop in with the gesture. He's sweet that way," Garner says. "Honestly, I would do anything for that man, because I know it's not taken for granted."

Also not taken for granted is their growing family. The actress, who is expecting her third child, calls pregnancy at age 39 "a game changer."

Garner admitted to having a difficult first trimester, complete with nausea, exhaustion and junk-food cravings.

"My kids had never seen Doritos before. They would say, 'Mom, where did you get that orange chip? I really want that,' " she says. "I wish I was one of those cute pregnant girls who wear skinny jeans throughout their pregnancies. But I just gain weight."

J.J. Abrams and 'One Tree Hill' creator Mark Schwahn join forces for CW pilot

J.J. Abrams and Mark Schwahn, creator of "One Tree Hill," are joining forces for a pilot at The CW. Titled "Maine" (for now), the show will revolve around the staff and guests at an inn in Maine.

Schwahn would write and executive produce the series, with Abrams and Bryan Burk also serving as EPs.

Deadline compares the series to Schwahn's "One Tree Hill" and Abrams' "Felicity," so basically, we are so happy we might cry. After a nine-year run of "OTH," it's no surprise that The CW would want to stay in business with Schwahn, and "Felicity" was one of The WB's most critically acclaimed series.

We're already assembling our dream cast. It begins and ends with Scott Foley.

Cooper thinks Gosling is sexier

The Hangover hunk has claimed the 2011 crown but admits Gosling is a more deserving winner as the Canadian actor always looks groomed.

He tells U.K. talk show host Graham Norton, "It's so awful that I'm admitting this but the hell with it - there was such a backlash to when they announced it. Ryan Gosling, who I love and I just did a movie with him, he's the greatest, but we were both in Paris this last week and a friend of mine showed me photographs (of us) from the paparazzi. When I say friend I mean me alone in my room looking at the computer!

"There's him walking around and he literally looks like he's in a photoshoot, like he just came off the runway. And there's ones of me and I literally look like the neighbour who never really comes out of his house. And when he does you're like, 'Maybe he should just stay in! We don't know what he does in there!' So it's been interesting."

Cooper admits he's still coming to terms with all the adulation, adding, "It's the worst! It's just so awful. I'm finally at an age, I'm 36 years old, where I really don't care about anything like that anymore, which is a wonderful thing. Then this (People magazine title) happened and I started to realize how not sexy I am. I have a lot of moments where I'll be walking out, I open up the door and think, 'I could do that a lot sexier. That was not very sexy at all!'"

And now reports are swirling that Bradley Cooper and Zoe Saldana have gone from costars to real-life lovebirds.

So are they?

No, sorry.

"They are not dating," Saldana's rep tells me. "They are just friends."

The two are costarring in the upcoming indie flick, The Words. Cooper plays a successful writer who claims another man's long-lost work as his own. The film also costars Olivia Wilde, Jeremy Irons and Dennis Quaid.

At the same time, Cooper is also being linked to Melanie Laurent, the French actress known in the U.S. for Inglourious Basterds and this year's awards season favorite, Beginners.

The two were photographed together in Paris. Us Weekly reports they enjoyed some lunch and theater in the afternoon followed by dinner at his hotel Plaza Athenee. Reps for Cooper and Laurent did not immediately comment for this story.

Romance or not, at least Cooper gets to practice his French.

Bradley Cooper was spotted out on the streets of Paris with stunning French actress Melanie Laurent on Monday night.

But perhaps the fluent French-speaking actor – and PEOPLE's reigning Sexiest Man Alive – was just working on his language skills.

Though they looked cozy after attending a short play together, the pair are simply friends, a source tells PEOPLE.

Cooper and Laurent, who had roles in Inglourious Basterds and the more recent Beginners, were bundled up and looked deep in conversation at times.
