***If you are getting red x's in your stationery, the culprit could be the Microsoft Update #330994.  It is a security update for Outlook Express and causes problems in stationery where the same picture or graphic is used more than once.  This is a known issue in Windows 2000, Windows NT and Windows XP.  The update can be uninstalled by going through Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.***
