The Story of Our Rules

We do not take people’s things,

Like money and toys,

Because it is not a nice thing to do.

You have to ask if you want something.

We’ll give it to you.

You have to say thank you,

To people like me and grandparents,

And to your Mom and Dad.

If you take some things in people’s places,

They will get mad and won’t trust you.

You have to be nice.

If you take food and rechargeables,

It is not nice.
