Use this information as a guide only and always double check ingredients and preparation procedures when you visit a restaurant. Some restaurants may order regionally and their ingredients may not conform to national listings on the sites below. Be aware also of cross-contamination issues such as contaminated preparation surfaces, hand-washing, need to change gloves if they are used, etc.

People who are not familiar with food allergies may make mistakes unknowingly. I had a server at McDonald's remove a sausage patty from a margarine (milk ingredients) contaminated English muffin and put the same patty in a container for us when I pointed out that they had erred and that I wanted the patty only because my daughter was allergic to ingredients in their margarine. Obviously the patty was contaminated with margarine from the English muffin, which I pointed out to them.

If you would like to see other restaurants on this page, please e-mail me from the link on the bottom of the home page and I will add them if they provide allergen information online. I rely on support and feedback from the people who view this site and your input is greatly appreciated.
