Ingredients: black tea, vanilla, grenadine, calendula petals, sunflower petals.

Pom Pom

Type: Black (Ceylon type)

Grade: Orange Pekoe

Ingredients: black tea, rosehips, blackberry leaves, natural flavours.

Description: Pom Pom is a great tea to shout about. With high Vitamin C, A, D, and E levels, Pom Pom will help you keep the sniffles at bay and that is something to cheer about!

Jasmine Dragon Tears

Type: Steamed Green


Grade: Hand-rolled tea pearls 


Ingredients: 100% pure China green tea
Instructions:

  • Boil water, allow to cool to 180 degrees F (put in a little cool water, or one ice cube, or allow boiled water to sit 5 minutes) Use 6 pearls per cup (150mL) of water

  •   Steep 2-3 minutes (Resteep as much as you like) 

  •  Enjoy!

Description:
These tea leaves are new growth from the first three weeks of March.  “Down” on the leaves is an indication of the finest leaves.  Jasmine blossoms are also rolled into the layers of tea leaves to add a delicate flavour.

Earl Grey Green

Type: Flavoured Ceylon Green


Grade: Pekoe Gunpowder


Ingredients: green tea, natural bergamot oil


Instructions:

  •     Boil water, allow to cool to 180 degrees F (put in a little cool water, or one ice cube, or allow    boiled water to sit 5 minutes)

  •    Use 1 tsp per cup (150mL) of water

  •    Steep 3-7 minutes

  •   Add 2 tsp of sugar or equivalent sweetener as desired

  •    Enjoy! 

Description:
Named after the 4th Earl of Grey, Sir Albert Henry George, who was Canada’s Governor General in the early 20th Century.  The key to good earl grey green is to not overpower the green tea with the bergamot.

Type: Flavoured China Green tea


Grade: Japan Sencha 


Ingredients: green sencha tea, lemon, lime, natural flavours

Lime is a potent and refreshing flavour.  The liquor of this tea is bright yellow-green.  Great in the summer for its light quality, it also brings a ray of sunshine on cold winter days.

Genmaicha

  •    Steep 3 minutes

  •    +/-Add 2 tsp of sugar or equivalent sweetener

Description:
If you like sushi or sake, you will love this tea.  It has the benefits of green tea, with the distinctive flavour of Japanese rice.  It is also known as popcorn tea.  This tea is not for the faint of heart.  Don’t use an infuser so you can enjoy the way the tea separates; the rice floats and the tea sinks.  Very visually appealing!

This green tea is premium.  There isn’t anything more to say.  It doesn’t have anything extra because it doesn’t need anything extra.  No nonsense tea for those moments when you need to get back to basics.

Rainbow Rooibos

Type: Flavoured Rooibos/ African Red Bush

Ingredients: rooibos, red thistle, cornflower petals, calendula petals, natural flavours

  • Steep 3-7 minutes

  • +/-Add 2 tsp of sugar or equivalent sweetener

  •  +/-Add 2 tbsp of milk

  • Enjoy!

Description:
Almond adds character to this caffeine-free tea.  While extremely sweet smelling, our rainbow rooibos is not sweet to the taste but very satisfying.  It is gorgeous to look at and will generate a tonne of conversation!

Pai Mu Tan 

Type: White

  • Steep 3 minutes, do not remove the leaves

  • Enjoy without milk or sugar!

White tea has the highest level of polyphenols or antioxidants of all the teas due to its lack of processing.  The light clean taste thus accompanies great health benefits.  You don’t add anything to perfection.

Windsor Icewine White


Type: White

Ingredients: Ceylon black tea, green tea, oolong tea, jasmine petals, dried orange, daisy white, natural flavours

  • Boil water

  • Use 1 tsp per cup (150mL) of water

  • Blanch

  • Steep 1 min, reinfuse as desired

  • +/-Add 2 tsp of sugar or equivalent sweet- ener

  • +/-Add 2 tbsp of milk

  • Enjoy!
