Originally from Hong Kong, I
have been living in Canada since 1973 and currently, I am living in
Calgary, Alberta, one of the largest cities in Canada.
I have been a licensed real
estate agent and later on, a real estate broker in Canada since 1977.
As a result of more than 25 years of experience in this business, I am
familiar with almost all aspects of real estate in residential,
commercial
and industrial fields. I am also doing some property
management for out-of-town and off-shore investors and buyers.
Prior to moving to and settling
down in Calgary, I had lived and sold real estate in Vancouver and
Toronto. Most recently, I lived and sold real estate in Las
Vegas,
Nevada for 2 years and about 6 months in Shanghai, China, the largest
city in China with more than 14 million people. I was working for one
of the Century 21’s offices in Shanghai, serving expatriates from all
over the world.
I speak and write both Chinese
and English and for Chinese, I can speak fluent Cantonese and very good
Mandarin. For education, I have a MBA degree and a couple of real
estate designations from the Real Estate Institute of Canada.
I am a member in good standing
of the Calgary Real Estate Board; Alberta Real Estate Association;
Canadian Real Estate Association and the Real Estate Institute of
Canada. I was past members of the National Association of Realtors; Las
Vegas Association of Realtors; Vancouver Real Estate Board and Toronto
Real Estate Board.
