Selling a home?

If you list with us, we will charge you a very competitive rate of commission and in the case of buying another home from us, we usually waive the listing portion of the commission to list and sell your home.   Please check with us for more details in this respect.

Buying a commercial or rental property?

Depending on your situations, most banks require a minimum downpayment of at least 25% of the purchase price and in most cases, the interest rates will be a little bit higher compared with residential mortgages.

Buying an existing business?

There is no fixed rule as to how much you have to put down for downpayment for the purchase of an existing business because of a lot of variables involved.  The bank would however, prefer you to have about 50% of the purchase price, if possible.  We can help you obtain a business loan through banks, credit unions; Alberta Opportunity or Business Development Corporation.
