Phyllis completed her holistic training in Fort McMurray where she lived for close to 30 years. In 1998 she completed full training in Usui and Karuna Reiki to Teacher level, and now Phyllis offers individual Reiki sessions and teaches various Reiki classes throughout the year. A four year resident of the Sherwood Park area, she was guided to expand her training to include color and sound therapy about which she is very passionate. Reiki sessions with Phyllis can vary and may include color therapy combined with sound therapy (using tuning forks) as needed – resulting in a very calming and soothing experience.
A love of Angels since she was a wee girl has lead Phyllis to offer Angel Card Readings as well. Completing Doreen Virtue’s workshop on how to work closely with Angel Guides in 2000 opened the doors for her to communicate with Angel Guides and Ascended Masters. She is a self-taught Angel Card Reader using Doreen Virtue’s methods.
