What a great idea - wish I'd thought of that.
(well at least it worked for someone)

Mid-spring is a great time to put up your greenhouse. The day's are getting longer and warmer but the nights are still cold so try putting a pile of grass clippings in a corner. The heat they give off as they decompose will help keep the chill off those tender plants.

Got lots of those zippered blanket bags left over from January's white sales? Use one to build a mini-greenhouse. Find a cereal or detergent box large enough to fit inside, cut off the front and tape closed the top. Put your seed pots in the box, slide it all into the plastic bag, zip up and voila! An easy to move, easy to monitor micro-climate.

Nothing fertilizes the soil and improves the harvest better than good old honest sweat. So roll up the sleaves, put on some sun-block, and get your hands dirty.

Happy gardening everyone!
