Penelope, the staff coordinator for the Holly House garden, has requested a “Garden Bee” to help establish their new garden at Holly House before the summer.

The Garden Bee will be held Sat. June 13 from 2:00-5:00 at 561 Raynor (in Vic West, off Craigflower Rd). They need 5-6 people to work for about 3 hours to top up the garden berms with soil, weed a bit, plant herbs and perennials (because they lost some due to winter kill), lay down soaker hoses, and install two planter pots & a bench (if they can locate these). Feel free to invite friends who enjoy gardening to come out and play with us.
