I just got back from today's Introductory Massage Workshop and I'm feeling quite invigorated. The participants were such a pleasure to teach, both learning from me and teaching me new things about how best to communicate the practice of massage. I'm looking forward to the next one, scheduled for November 28th (see below).
Seasonal gift baskets will soon be available online or viewing can also be arranged. The woven basket arrives overflowing with luxurious, all-natural spa treats including a gift certificate for a 90 minute massage. You can choose the contents of the basket, everything from bath salts and aromatherapy lotions to delicous Dutch Girl chocolates and Amé (a carbonated drink flavoured with elderberries, jasmine, limeflower and more). Sorry, gift baskets are not available in the United States.
Introductory Massage Workshop

Learn a simple 15 minute massage routine that you can use on your friends and family. the routine will use the same bodywork techniques that are described on the modalities page of this site.
