
Our oceanside, pool view condo is in the very best location right in the heart of Kailua-Kona - just steps to everywhere!
The quiet property is designed upon Hawaiian plantation architecture and has lush tropical gardens including banana and papaya trees.
Our lush floral paths lead you from our
condo right to our own sunning beach just across the narrow beach
road.
Have a
romantic dinner on our second floor condo lanai overlooking the tiki
torch-lit pool and beautiful plumeria trees.
Our condo comes equipped with an
air conditioner, electric skillet, coffee maker, toaster, rice
cooker/steamer, microwave and a large frost free 2-door
fridge. There are dishes
and cutlery for four.
The furnishings are Hawaiian style with a queen size bed with a memory foam topper, a queen size sofa bed, dining table and chairs, dresser and TV.
The spacious pool area has lounge chairs, patio tables and chairs, a hot
tub and 2 large BBQ's. There is free parking and you
receive a parking pass
upon arrival at the front desk.
Coin operated laundry is on site.

The Kona Farmer's Market is less than a block away and there is excellent shopping, restaurants, nightlife and tourist activities just a short stroll on either side of the complex. Surfing and snorkeling are just down the beach road. We are within walking distance of the famous Kailua-Kona pier and King Kamehameha's Hulihe'e Palace.
Mark Twain said in the 1800's, "Kailua, Kona is the Sundayest town I've ever been in and is the greatest place to relax!" And, you know what? It still is! You'll love it here and want to come back time and time again!
Located as we are on Ali'i Drive right in the historic town of Kailua, Kona, you can walk everywhere instead of having to drive, especially convenient
after going out on the town.
Our condo is central to all the beaches. Shopping, liquor stores, a variety of nearby bars and restaurants - Bubba Gumps seafood, Lava Java,
Lulu's (great place for $5 breakfast), Polynesian and many international ethnic restaurants, McDonald's, pizza parlors.
