From November 1st to March 31st::
- First night $100.00 + applicable tax
- two + nights $90.00 + applicable tax
- Additional guests $25.00 + applicable tax each per night
- child under 5 free
THE SNOWBIRD SUITE
Our Snowbird Suite is a fully self-contained unit which is available November 1st to March 31st with rates as follows:
- Weekly: $450.00 + applicable tax per week (no housekeeping or meals)
- Monthly: $1800.00 + applicable tax
NOTE: There is a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 + applicable TAX on both rates.

- Air conditioned with a ramped private entrance.
- Additional bedroom available for children or travelling companions.
- Non-smoking unit, wheelchair accessible, and full laundry facilities available in suite.
- Cable and high speed internet connections.
- Private bathroom has large air jet jacuzzi tub with shower for your enjoyment and relaxation.
- Private sundeck with a beautfiful view of Portage inlet and the Olympic Mountains in the distance.
- Bicycles available for our guests to rent - Daily $15.00 + 5% GST per day each . . . view agreement.
- Relaxing environment where you can enjoy watching the various birds native to the area as well as squirrels, river otters and occasionally seals.
