Character Background
Before handing in your character, most Storytellers require that you hand in a character background (or shortly after you hand your character in).
Your character background says a lot about your character. It is the time where you can tell your character's story. Where did your character come from, who were their parents, what sort of a life did they live before their change, how did they learn about their abilities, merits/flaws, backgrounds/influences, renown, etc. It should tell why their nature and demeanor are what they are.
Below are some examples of character backgrounds. Make sure that your character background is not a mini novel (since the Storyteller will want to read it).
