Our next PAC General Meeting is tomorrow, Tuesday,
February 10 at 7 p.m. in the staff room; 7:30 business portion.
Help organize the upcoming Open Houses and the Visioning Workshop by
attending this PAC General meeting.

We need your ideas on the seismic upgrading and school
renewal of Kits. There are three ways for you to participate in this exciting
process - A Visioning Workshop, Open Houses, and a Survey.
Visioning Workshop
Saturday, February 14, 2009
9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Kitsilano Secondary Gymnasium,
2550 West 10th Avenue
Please register for the free Visioning Workshop at
kitssecondary@cityspaces.ca or call 1.866.383.0304 ext. 32 Lunch and
handouts will be provided; that's why we need to know the number of
participants.
Open Houses
Busy? Need more info?
Drop by our Open Houses on Friday, February 13, 7 - 9 p.m. or Saturday,
February 14, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. in the gym.
Survey
Complete our 5-question survey at the following link: http://www

Please note that Survey Monkey will only allow one completed survey per
computer; it automatically will go to the survey's last page if someone else
wants to do the survey on the same computer. We want all members of Kits families to complete the survey; this means either
using multiple computers or completing the paper surveys available at the
Open Houses for your convenience.

Call for
Volunteers - Parents & Students!
|
|
|
We need volunteers for the Open Houses and the Visioning
Workshop. Senior students can get volunteer hours for their Transition Plan
if they participate. If interested, please notify kitspac@hotmail.com
Volunteers need to commit to this time requirement:
All: Thursday evening briefing
Plus: Choose your time slots: Friday evening, Saturday morning, or Saturday
afternoon.

Support the upcoming Open Houses/Visioning Workshop and
reduce, reuse and recycle at the same time.

you have crayons, non-toxic markers or drawing pads to donate for a kids'
activity table. All unused art materials will be passed along to art
programs.
