Thank you to all those who participated in the Open House and Vision Workshop just over a week ago. Many innovative ideas were generated and it was wonderful to see all our community working together to create a Vision for Kits that enhances learning and social interaction.

In this post-Visioning phase we must act quickly to draw up our Vision for Kits for presentation to Gordon Campbell in early March. We welcome all to these extremely important meetings.

There is no fun like it! Kitsilano Water Demons, the community youth dragonboat team is set to begin its 10th training season on Monday, March 2, 2009. Presently, there are membership vacancies for youths, boys and girls, 13 to 18 years of age inclusively, who wish to experience the sport of dragonboat and teamwork with this progressive team.
