Note: this report was prepared as an addendum to the PAC survey included in the facilitator's report of the Kits Visioning Events, February 2009.

A copy of the full facilitator's report is in the Kits library for reference. The PAC survey in the facilitator's report shows 554 responses. This has since been corrected to 547 responses.
