On Friday Joan & Dave headed up to Edmonton for the show. Saturday morning at 5:00 a.m. we conyoyed up with Rachel. We got to enjoy a beautiful sunrise.

We arrived a little after 8:30 and just as we were trying to find the show Boonie Doon Shopping Centre, who did we meet along the way, but Joan & Dave. So we followed them the rest of the way to the mall.

We had been told to arrive by 8:30 as Amanda entered Willow in the rabbit show. However, we soon found out that he wouldn't show until after the cavies, which turned out to be around 3:30. So we had lot's of time to wonder around and see the other rabbits and cavies.

There were 57 cavies entered. Joan's boar she was showing for Joy got Best of Breed. Rachel's boar Comet got Best in Show and our little Ruby got Reserve in Show. I don't know who won Best Opposite Sex.

It was pretty amazing that they only awarded 3 throphies (no ribbons or anything else) at this show and the Top 2 came home to Calgary!
