Enterprise Architecture

The Enterprise Architecture provides:
  • A consolidated view of the enterprise's business drivers, trends, challenges and opportunities.
  • Short and long term architectural objectives.
  • Transition steps and organization and process change to move the enterprise from the current state to a long-term application and infrastructure architecture. An executable project based roadmap to support business objectives with technology.
  • Application and infrastructure support to high priority business initiatives.
Upon completion, the Enterprise Architecture becomes an on-going tool for strategic planning and priority setting.

The organization must be committed to renewing the architecture on a regular basis, typically annually to correspond with the budget process.
