To become eligible for employment at Steamworks, you must have a criminal record check application underway when you submit your application. The cost is 50.00 and it is refundable after 90 days of employment. To get the criminal record check completed, contact your local Police or RCMP detachment in your community. Proof of receipt for the record check is all that is necessary in order for employment to start. Any infractions on your record check will prevent your eligibility for employment.

All applicants must be at least 19 years of age.
