Background:

Our PAC constitution specifies that we cannot write cheques over $200 without PAC approval. Several cheques will need to be issued over this amount for the Grade 12 Safe After Grad event (e.g. insurance, deposit for venue, deposit for bus). A separate account from PAC, requiring 2 out 3 signatures, provides the necessary checks and balances.

Resolution:

That a PAC bank account is set up for the 2007 Safe After Grad event requiring two signatures, both must sign for withdrawals, as follows:

One from Ingrid Bjerkelund, for PAC executive.

And one from Peter Delaney, coordinator Safe After Grad event,

or Bill Narvey, Grade 12 representative Safe After Grad event

3. Opened nomination for position of secretary, DPAC rep

4. Our Principal, Mary Daniel welcomed parents and introduced the teacher representative to PAC meetings Gina Kolson

5. Student Council representatives spoke

6. Questions arose regarding “Dial a Demon” volunteers came forward to see if we could produce a phone list this year
