COOKIE BASH –
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 14TH, 2010
It's that time of year again to treat our Kitsilano school staff to
some holiday goodies!
Bring along at least two dozen baked goodies to the Kitsilano staff
room (3rd
floor) on the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 14th, 2010. We will provide bags
for the
teachers to take home some holiday cookies. It's our way of saying
thank you to our hard
working Kitsilano teachers, office and janitorial staff.
Please sign up for the Kitsilano Holiday Cookie Bash at the next PAC
meeting, or
send a message to Mary Laird @ Laird3862@aol.com
to confirm what you plan to
bring. Volunteers to help with set-up, coffee and tea prep the morning
of
December 14th would also be appreciated.
Cookie drop-off between 7:30-9:00 am; Cookie Bash begins at 11:00 am.

At the April 2009 PAC
meeting in discussions about the June teacher appreciation lunch, there
was a suggestion from a teacher that name tags for both teachers and
parents might help the social interaction.

tins, so the staff can select a variety to take home.

Volunteers needed for Teachers and
Staff Appreciation Tea.
Each year we honour our fantastic teachers and school staff by hosting
a tea at the school. Volunteers bring cookies & cookie tins.
Teachers
& staff are offered tea and can sample cookies, then select a
cookie
tin to fill with cookies of their choosing. This is a good opportunity
if you have always wanted to get involved in a fun event at Kits.
It's time again to show our Teachers and staff how much we appreciate
everything they do. The Annual Kits Teachers & staff Appreciation
Tea
will be held on the afternoon of Friday 15 December , 2006.
This is an opportunity for the teachers & staff to relax before the
holidays, and to fill a holiday tin with an assortment of cookies,
squares
or other goodies provided by appreciative parents.
While you are doing your holiday baking, please support this event by
mixing up an extra batch of treats for our teachers & staff. If
baking
is not your thing, you can contact Maria & drop off $12.00 soon.
Baking
will be done for you.
You may also contribute by bringing any festive tins you have so
teachers
can take their goodies home. All treats and tins can be dropped off in
the 3rd Floor Staff Room on December 15th, 2006 between 7:30 and 9AM or
between 10:30 and 11:20am.

Kits Teachers Appreciation Tea will be held during the lunch time of
Tuesday 13 December, 2005. This is an opportunity for the teacheers to
enjoy some good cheer before the holidays, and to fill a holiday tin
with an assortment of cookies, squares or other goodies provided by the
parents. Volunteers bring cookies and/or cookie tins. Teachers are
offered tea and can sample sookies. They can then select a Christmas
cookie tin to fill with cookies of their choosing.
Volunteers are needed to help organize and lay out fook, set tables and
clear up between 11 AM and 1:30 PM. Please email Jenny at
galaugher@shaw.ca
and let her know what you will be contributing. If you have tins to
contribute thay would be greatly apprecated.
While you are doing your holiday baking, please support this event by

off $10.00. She will do
